Live Engraving for Victoria’s Secret Fragrance Launch in Miami
Live event engraving activations are one of the most popular services we offer the event industry, especially because engravings are fully permanent! I recently got the opportunity to work with Victoria’s Secret for their new perfume launch at Aventura Mall in Miami, Florida and I’m happy to say the event was a huge success.
Our live engraving event consisted of etching the guests initials, name or favorite saying to one of the brand new BARE fragrance bottles. I was able to engrave over 60 fragrance bottles in the course of two days and all clients were mesmerized by the speed and uniqueness of each engraving, in fact, clients couldn’t believe the engraved calligraphy details were made by hand and not a laser machine!

Victoria’s Secret hired 8 engravers across the country to celebrate the launch of their new fragrance BARE. I was chosen to be Miami’s (and Florida’s only) engraver and was stationed at their flagship store in Aventura Mall. There was only one engraver at this two day live event, yet I was able to engrave bottles in as little as two minutes, some of which had very complex texts — including some in different languages, including Russian, Portuguese, Spanish and Ukrainian which were completed in less than 6 minutes and featured color filling!

Guests loved the complementary calligraphy engraving event so much, that we were out of fragrance bundles the second day! Some international clients even purchased multiple bottles for their friends and family this Christmas and/or to save them for anniversaries and birthdays later this year!

This lady had us engrave a message to her sister in Ukrainian. They haven’t seen each other in several years and she plans on shipping the bottle as a birthday gift. She teared up of excitement when she saw the final product and couldn’t believe I was able to write her message in another language.

We had a tons of guests stop by our station to congratulate us and tell us how wonderful the activation was. There is something about seeing your initials or favorite saying put on your favorite fragrance during an event which is magical!
