Art Basel Miami is one of the most high-profile art and luxury events in the world, attracting VIP guests, influencers, collectors, and top-tier brands. Moët & Chandon, known for its exquisite champagne and refined branding, wanted to offer an exclusive personalization experience at its Four Seasons event.

That’s where I came in! I was hired by HangarFour, a premier experiential marketing agency, to provide live calligraphy on mini Moët & Chandon bottles for guests. This personalization station gave attendees a one-of-a-kind experience, allowing them to leave with a customized bottle featuring their name or initials in elegant calligraphy.

From the moment guests arrived, they were delighted by the luxury touch that hand-lettered details brought to their evening. Seeing their names written in real time on a bottle of Moët made the experience feel even more special.

This live calligraphy event was one of my most memorable projects, not only because of the high-end setting but because of the way guests responded to the experience.

  • On-Site Personalization: I customized over 100 mini champagne bottles in just 3.5 hours, ensuring every guest left with a stunning keepsake.

  • Luxury Venue: The event took place at Lido, the Four Seasons Surfside’s iconic restaurant, known for its sophisticated ambiance and world-class hospitality.

  • Social Media Buzz: Attendees were so captivated by the live calligraphy that they filmed and shared the experience across their social platforms, tagging Moët & Chandon and capturing the artistry in action.

Due to the overwhelming demand, I was asked to extend my time at the event, further proving how much guests loved the activation!

Using high-quality permanent ink and specialized paint markers, I ensured each bottle had a luxury finish that was long-lasting yet delicate without compromising the safety of the bottle and guests (it is not recommended to engraved pressurized items).
