On-Site Engraving on Bottles for Sygnia at the Gartner Security and Risk Management Summit 2023
Live event engraving activations are extremely popular, not only because guests love to see their name engraved on everyday products, but also because of how fast and efficiently the process is! I got the opportunity to partner with Sygnia for their promotion event in DC. In some cases, guests would receive a very elegant personalized ceramic bottles, in other cases we would offer complementary engraving on pens!
The live on-site engraving event in Maryland consisted of personalizing stainless steel water bottles with the attendees names while they learned about the company’s services. I was able to letter on over 100 bottles in the course of two days, 5 hours total.
T H E D E T A I L S
Sygnia hired me to customize ceramic water bottles for the Gartner Security and Risk Management Summit attendees. The event was so successful that we ran out of bottles and had to engrave pens to meet the demand!
The event took place at Gaylord Palms Convention Center in MD. I was stationed at Sygnia’s booth for three hours each day.
Conference attendees got to learn about Sygnia’s services and get their engraved bottle on their way out, which of course included the engraved personalization I did for them on the spot!

Guests loved the complementary engraving event so much, that we ran out of bottles and had to engrave their names on pens to meet the demand. They were super stocked when they found out the engraving was fully permanent on the bottles and that they could be personalized live on the spot.

The engravings take less than 2 minutes to complete and are fully permanent.
I had a tons of attendees stop by the engraving station to congratulate me and tell me how wonderful the activation was. There is something about seeing your initials or name put on your favorite products that never gets old!
