Live event engraving activations are one of the most popular forms of experiential marketing in the event industry at the moment, especially because this engraving (also known as etching) personalization technic is fully permanent! I recently got the opportunity to work with Woodford Reserve at one of their tasting events in Maitland, Florida and I’m happy to say the event was a huge success!

The on-site engraving event in Orlando consisted of etching a personalized message onto the bourbon whiskey bottles after the clients received a sample. I was able to engrave bottles with up to 10 words in as little as 5 minutes with my signature calligraphy style and block letters, some even feature small illustrations — clients couldn’t believe their bottles were engraved by hand and not with a laser machine.

Guests loved the complementary calligraphy engraving event so much, that we had customers buying multiple bottles to save them up as gifts and contacting me them the very next day to place orders!
