Our activation allowed guests to personalize their own Waterdrop sustainable water bottles by having their initials, names, or favorite sayings etched onto them. Over the course of two days, we engraved more than 200 bottles, each meticulously customized by hand. The moment our team arrived and set up, attendees eagerly lined up, amazed that each intricate engraving was done completely by hand without the use of lasers.
To ensure efficiency and the highest quality craftsmanship, we had two engravers at the event. Each of us worked seamlessly to engrave up to 20 bottles per hour, with some requests including complex text and even multilingual engravings. Guests who opted for simple initials or first names were able to receive their personalized bottle in under two minutes.
Our engraving equipment is designed for seamless on-site use—it is quiet, compact, and highly efficient, allowing for a luxury experience without disruption. One of our favorite moments was when a guest requested that we engrave her favorite takeaway from the conference: "Build another table!" She was ecstatic to have this empowering message as a daily reminder every time she used her bottle.
